Maison Moti Maya
Maison Moti- Maya, as one of our supported housing services, comprises 10 self-contained studio flats plus an office and staff facilities.
It is a male-only service set up to work with users subject to MoJ restrictions.
The property is in Kingsbury in the LB of Brent.
Service users have a tenancy agreement and are responsible for paying rent and utilities.
Staff are on site 24/7, with sleep-in cover overnight.
The level of support is targeted towards individuals who may need a high level of monitoring and/ or intervention to maintain their mental health and continue developing independent living skills.
All flats have a kitchenette and ensuite shower and WC and are provided newly decorated, fully fitted, and furnished to a high standard. They are equipped with everything that the service user will need to be comfortable from day one. This includes a washing machine, *TV, microwave, kettle, toaster pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, utensils, bedding, and towels.
*It is the service user’s responsibility to obtain a TV license if one is required
