Moti Villa
With 16 self-contained flats Moti Villa is the largest of our supported housing schemes.
Service users have a tenancy agreement and are responsible for paying rent and utilities.
Staff are on site 24/7, with sleep-in cover overnight.
The level of support is targeted towards individuals who may need a high level of intervention to maintain their mental health and continue developing independent living skills.
The property is a large extended double fronted detached 4 – storey Victorian house. It is a short walking distance to local amenities and Enfield Chase railway station (Hertford Loop line – Zone 5) and bus terminus, and a 15-minute walk or short bus ride to Enfield town centre.
All flats have a kitchenette and ensuite shower and WC and are provided newly decorated, fully fitted and furnished to a high standard. They are equipped with everything that the service user will need to be comfortable from day one. This includes a *TV, a full set of pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, utensils, bedding and towels.
*It is the service user’s responsibility to obtain a TV license if one is required
The property includes:
- NA laundry room with washing and drying facilities.
- NA communal lounge with TV and other entertainment facilities.
- NAn exceptionally large, manicured garden, which includes hard and soft landscaping with covered seating and smoking area, gazebo and built-in BBQ and entertainment area as well as established trees and shrubs.
- NA very large drive with space for 4-5 vehicles.
- NCCTV covering the main entrance, the grounds and the hallway and corridors internally.
