Moti Willow
Registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), our residential care service is our most intensive service level providing for service users with complex and enduring mental health needs. This type of service may be the first placement following hospital discharge, usually because the service user has a level of need that cannot be met with standard levels of staffing at a lesser supported service.
This service is for individuals who may need a high level of monitoring and/ or intervention and support to keep them, and others safe, maintain their mental health and regain independent living skills.
The service has staff working on site 24/7, with a minimum of two staff on duty during waking hours and wake night cover.
Meals at this service are provided for, by a cook.
Moti Willow has 10 service user rooms, many with ensuite facilities, and all provided newly decorated and fully furnished.
The property is an extended three-story detached house, located in the affluent village of Radlett, in the Hertsmere Council District. It is located on the main road, within walking distance from the town centre and Radlett railway station (Zone B).
The property includes:
- NA fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons.
- NA communal dining room and lounge with a tea station and TV & other entertainment facilities with glazed bi folding doors looking into the garden.
- NA rear garden with patio, a canopy and seating area and an outbuilding to one side housing an additional staff office and meeting room.
- NA ground floor laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
- NA large front drive with parking for 3 vehicles.
- NCCTV covering the main entrance, the grounds and the hallway and corridors internally.
