Moti Mansions
Moti Mansions, as one of our supported housing services, comprises 16 self-contained studio flats plus an office and staff facilities.
The property, built in the late 18th century, is detached. It is in quiet residential street in the LB of Barking and Dagenham.
Service users have a tenancy agreement and are responsible for paying rent and utilities.
Staff are on site 24/7, with sleep-in cover overnight.
The level of support is targeted towards individuals who may need a high level of monitoring and/ or intervention to maintain their mental health and continue developing independent living skills.
All flats have a kitchenette and ensuite shower and WC and are provided newly decorated, fully fitted, and furnished to a high standard. They are equipped with everything that the service user will need to be comfortable from day one. This includes a washing machine, *TV, microwave, kettle, toaster pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, utensils, bedding, and towels.
*It is the service user’s responsibility to obtain a TV license if one is required
The property benefits from:

- NHaving a large wraparound garden, accesses from the street via a gated driveway.
- NParking for up to 4 cars
- NBeing walking distance to local grocery store and bus routes which are at the end of the road and to Dagenham Heathway underground station (Zone 5 – District Line) and the shopping centre which are a 10-minute walk away.
- NCCTV covering the main entrance, the grounds and the hallway and corridors internally.
