Aashiyana Moti
Aashiyana Moti, as one of our supported housing services, comprises 9 self-contained studio flats plus an office and staff facilities.
Service users have a tenancy agreement and are responsible for paying rent and utilities.
Staff are on site 24/7, with sleep-in cover overnight.
The level of support is targeted towards individuals who may need a high level of intervention to maintain their mental health and continue developing independent living skills.
All flats have a kitchenette and ensuite shower and WC and are provided newly decorated, fully fitted and furnished to a high standard. They are equipped with everything that the service user will need to be comfortable from day one.
This includes a washing machine, *TV, a full set of pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, utensils, bedding and towels.
*It is the service user’s responsibility to obtain a TV license if one is required
The property benefits from:
- NA rear courtyard garden, with sheltered seating and smoking area.
- NBeing opposite a park.
- NBeing a 5-minute walk to Tottenham High Street where all amenities can be found, and to Bruce Grove overground station (Lee Valley line).
- NBeing a 10-minute walk to Tottenham Hale underground station (Victoria Line), retail park across to the station.
- NCCTV covering the main entrance, the grounds and the hallway and corridors internally.
