Chez Moti
Chez Moti, as one of our supported housing services, comprises 8 self-contained studio flats, an office, and staff facilities.
It is on a quiet residential street in Enfield in the LB of Enfield.
Service users at this service have a tenancy agreement and are responsible for paying rent and utilities.
Staff are on site 24/7, with sleep-in cover overnight.
The level of support is targeted towards individuals who may need a high level of intervention to maintain their mental health and continue developing independent living skills.
All flats have a kitchenette and ensuite shower and WC and are provided newly decorated, fully fitted and furnished to a high standard. They are equipped with everything that the service user will need to be comfortable from day one. This includes a *TV, all appliances, including a microwave, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, utensils, crockery, cutlery, bedding, and towels.
*It is the service user’s responsibility to obtain a TV license if one is required
The property benefits from:

- NA rear courtyard garden, with seating and smoking area
- NCCTV covering the main entrance, the grounds and the hallway and corridors internally
