Our supported accommodation provides a comfortable, modern and welcoming environment for individuals who require a higher level of support while working towards greater independence.

Each service user has their own tenancy agreement and is responsible for their rent and household utilities. With staff available on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including sleep-in cover overnight, residents can benefit from reassurance, monitoring and support whenever it is needed.

The service is designed for individuals who may require a high level of monitoring and/or intervention to help maintain their mental health, wellbeing and safety, while continuing to develop the practical skills needed for independent living.

Each self-contained flat has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and private living space. All properties feature:

• Television*
• Microwave
• Kettle and toaster
• Pots, pans and cookware
• Crockery and cutlery
• Kitchen utensils

Our aim is to make moving into a new home as straightforward and comfortable as possible. Each flat is fully fitted and furnished to a high standard, with the essential items already provided so that residents can settle in and feel at home from day one.

Alongside their private accommodation, residents have access to a supportive environment designed to promote stability, confidence and independence. Our on-site staff provide appropriate monitoring and intervention, while encouraging residents to develop their daily living skills and work towards their individual goals.

Please note: Residents are responsible for obtaining a TV Licence where one is required.
